Spectre 4 is the ultimate extreme water-cooling case with more water-cooling features than any case on the market. It continues the famous Singularity Computers water-cooling integration via a distribution plate which makes up the rear wall of the case. It has the patented Singularity Computers Powerboard which removes the need for cable management while integrating many features.

Do you view or modify any personal files or folders?
We do not view, interact with, or modify any of your personal files. You are free to observe the service as it is being performed.
Does this only work for the one favorite game I play or program I use?
It works on your entire computer and everything thing on it! Our service in a nutshell "debloats" your computer using our proprietary methods and years of experience. Every game or application you use will run faster and smoother for the best PC experience money can buy.
How long does the service take?
Our current sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Our typical finish time is around 50 minutes, leaving some extra room in case we lose connection or other pauses required.
What am I supposed to be doing during the session?
Not a whole lot! Once we are connected through Remote Desktop and controlling your computer, you can sit back, relax, and/or watch it happen. We don't hide anything we do, so feel free to hang out, you may learn a thing or two!
*You must be at least in the vicinity of your computer as we will need to reboot a few times during the service. If you want to go sit on the couch, we will message you when we need your computer restarted.
What happens if I don't get the performance I thought I would?
We do everything in our power to make sure our family of customers always comes first. If you let us know that you are still experiencing stutters, drops, and low FPS after our service, we offer a free 15 minute session to investigate what the root cause is. If that doesn't work, you get 100% of your money refunded!

Is there any way this service could harm my computer?
The simple answer; nope! We treat your personal computers the same way we would treat our own. We do not modify your computer's hardware settings at all, nor do we change how your computer runs.
Is there any overclocking involved?
Not at all! We do not change anything hardware related on your computer and we do NOT overclock anything. We do offer this as a custom service from our experts, but only by special request.
