Once you purchase an IQON PC Support package, your account will update giving you access in your member portal to priority support ticketing for the year.
You also are given an exclusive role in our discord, that will show you a private thread with all our technicians to get services anytime you want.

Is an IQON PC required?
No! Any PC, from any company (or self-built), any time.
Can I use my plan to buy services for my friends?
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering shared discounts between your friends. We appreciate that you want to spread the love, but for now each plan is assigned to a single computer of your choosing.
If you get a new PC, we can change the package to the new one, no problem.
Do I have to worry about a renewal charge after a year?
This is a ONE-TIME PURCHASE, with no memberships or auto-renewals to worry about. If your year runs out, you have the choice of buying another one.
Are there limits to what I can request for services?
We feel 16 hours of anything IQON does is a pretty awesome deal for anyone looking for lightning fast performance for a year.
This package gives you those 16 hours as a limit, to give you flexibility on what you end up needing through the year. Some customers may want regular hardware tuning, others may need a whole lot of troubleshooting on a pesky error. Buy it once, save time and money, and rest assured for 365 days.
