FAQs
What do you charge per sale?
Right now, since this is a brand new concept, we are waiting for a few successful sales to post rates. The simple answer now is we will be taking a % of the total sale price to facilitate the transaction. Talk to us about it!
Can I list something if it does not work anymore?
Not at this time but we may offer this in the future. Right now, the part or PC must fully function in order to be listed for sale.
How does shipping work?
We make it as simple as possible for both the seller and buyer. Once a sale has been triggered, we will talk to you about the best way to get it to IQON. Once we have it and make sure it's perfect, you receive payment and we send it to the buyer. Simple!
How old can my parts or PC be?
For now, we are playing it by ear. Let us know what you have and we will let you know if we think it's worth listing.
What if the buyer wants to return my PC or part?
IQON handles that. We will not be shipping anything to the buyer if we do not fully stamp our seal of approval on it. Returns will be on a case-by-case basis, but in most cases this will not involve the seller at all.
