At IQON Digital, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Optimization Session

14-Day Warranty

We offer a 14-day warranty for our optimization sessions. If you encounter any issues after our service, you can contact us through our support site within 14 days of your session to have us address these issues.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a ticket within the 14-day warranty period and work with the assigned technician who will attempt to resolve the issues you are having. However, please note that the warranty will be voided if it is determined that the issue was caused by any of the following actions:

  • Reformatting the PC
  • Changing settings that we have configured
  • Replacing hardware
  • Rolling back to a previous backup

This is not an extensive list and thus other actions taken may void your warranty, we will still do our best to find a solution that works for you.

If it is found that the issue was caused by one of these actions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Troubleshooting Service

Ineligibility for Refund

Due to the nature of troubleshooting, customers are ineligible for a refund for this service. Our troubleshooting process involves identifying and resolving complex issues, and we cannot guarantee that every issue can be fixed without the possibility of additional problems arising.

Exception

An exception to this policy is if it is determined that an action taken by one of our technicians caused irreversible damage to your PC. In such cases, please contact our support team to review your situation.
