How do you handle shipping, especially full PC's?
The worst thing imaginable to us would be damage in shipping. All our PC's are shipped double-boxed, and the seller is fully coached on how to pack properly. The seller is responsible for ensuring a safe delivery with our help.
If anything shows up damaged or not what you expected, we will work with you on a resolution/refund.
How do I get help installing a new part upgrade?

How long does shipping take?
