At IQON Digital LLC, we stand behind the quality and performance of our software. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund, as well as our process and limitations.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

After the initial 7-day window, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at our sole discretion.

2. What Is Refundable

• Initial Purchases: Fully refundable within 7 days.
• Subscription Renewals: Not eligible for automatic refund. Renewal-related refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be declined.
• Promotional or Discounted Plans: Refunds follow the same rules but may be evaluated with additional discretion.

• (Optional) Brief reason for the refund request (not required during the 7-day period)

4. Refund Method

• Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
• In case-by-case situations, we may offer store credit or a deferred refund at our discretion.

5. Denial & Abuse Policy

Refund requests may be declined if:

• The license has been shared, resold, or tampered with
• There is evidence of software abuse, piracy, or fraud
• The user has requested multiple refunds across accounts or purchases

6. Post-Refund Access & Policy Enforcement

• Upon refund, all license benefits and access to the IQON+ or IQON Premium app will be revoked immediately.
• Users may re-subscribe at any time in the future.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a lifetime ban from purchasing or accessing IQON services.
