B. Desktop Application Data (Local Only)

Authentication: We store secure tokens on your device using the Windows Credential Manager to keep you logged in.

C. VPN Service Data
Our VPN service is powered by Windscribe infrastructure using the WireGuard protocol.
Connection Metadata: We may process minimal metadata (timestamps, bandwidth usage) to manage your account limits.
No Activity Logs: We do not log your browsing history, traffic content, IP addresses, or DNS queries. We cannot see what you do while connected to the VPN.
D. Remote Support Service Data
Our remote support service uses a self-hosted RustDesk instance on secure cloud infrastructure.
Ephemeral Sessions: Support sessions are established only with your explicit consent.
No Persistent Data: We do not record screen content or retain chat logs. Session data is ephemeral and exists only for the duration of the support call.
Encryption: All connections are secured via TLS/HTTPS.
