IQON Digital LLC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “the user”) and IQON Digital LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our desktop software applications and related services.

By installing, accessing, or using IQON+ or IQON Premium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

IQON+ and IQON Premium are subscription-based desktop software products developed and provided by IQON Digital LLC, a Colorado-based company offering PC optimization tools and support services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the app and services.
• The service is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
• For business or enterprise licensing, contact support@iqondigital.com.

3. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use IQON+ or IQON Premium on your personal computer(s), in accordance with your subscription tier.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Resell, sublicense, or share access with others
• Use the software for commercial services without written consent
• Circumvent licensing or authentication systems
• Interfere with update or authentication services

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• IQON+: $9.99/month or $99.99/year (1 PC license)
• IQON Premium: $19.99/month or $199.99/year (2 PC licenses)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled.
• Renewal reminder emails are sent 2 days before your billing date.
• Price changes will be emailed at least 30 days in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your billing period.

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.
• After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

6. Optimizations and Safety

• IQON performs only software-based optimizations.
• No overclocking, undervolting, BIOS, or firmware changes.
• Includes debloating, task tuning, performance settings.
• Restore points are created automatically before changes.
• Does not void hardware warranties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, source code, and design are the property of IQON Digital LLC. You may not copy, reuse, or modify any part of the software without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Hacking, bypassing, or disabling security features
• Impersonating IQON staff or support
• Using the app for illegal activities
• Mass deployment or automation scripts

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

9. Support & Service Availability

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. We do not guarantee resolution times or availability.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Misuse licensing or support systems

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

• No warranty that software will be free of bugs or compatible with all systems
• Not responsible for hardware failure or third-party conflicts
• Use of software is at your own risk

IQON is provided “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
