Last Updated: January 7, 2026 At IQON Digital LLC ("IQON"), we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. You may cancel a Subscription Transaction for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase ("Refund Window"). If you are not satisfied with the Services for any reason during this period, you are entitled to a complete refund of the Subscription Fee paid. AFTER THE INITIAL 7-DAY REFUND WINDOW, YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial Subscription periods, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the Services after the Refund Window has passed. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. If you cancel after the Refund Window:
  • Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current Subscription period.
  • You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of that period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your current Subscription period.
To request a refund within the 7-day Refund Window, please contact us immediately: Please include your order details and the email address associated with your account. IQON reserves the right to cancel any Transaction and issue a refund if:
  • There was an error in pricing or product description.
  • We encounter unexpected technical problems completing the Transaction.
  • We suspect fraudulent activity.
